STUPID BANKER's - My problems picking up the Bank loan

lolzz im trying to fly off to Australia for mah Masters. In order to get the Visa i need to Pick a loan an “educational Loan” that is wat they call it. some how i approached an SBI branch as SBI interest rate is very less when compared to other banks

So it happen that Branch manager is seriously a screwed Up guy, may be his wife doesn’t see him much des days. this SOB asked ma Mom to come over his office to take a list of Documents required to apply for the loan, 5n my Mom hopped in to the bank @ 3 in the noon, and asked him for the list this guy asked her to wait for some time the clock kept on ticking but his time dint come to give her the list. She waited till half an hour less than the bank timing (6.30 evening) then this guy comes out of his chamber and ask's her if she could wait for a 15 min more. that was enough ma mom's temper is very high and some how with out beating him Up, she took the list of documents and came Bk home.

when v are done with the required documents then enters an new lunatic advocate he is the legal advisor of this branch. this guy prepares an legal opinion of the property. this guy in order to prepare the legal opinion needs some legal certificates known as C.C and E.C Copies this guy instead of getting those copies on his own he made me to bring those certificates costing around 12000 thousand above and below the bench wen all of this shitty certificates are given to him and its time to gimme the legal opinion on my property. Now he was demanding for 5000 which is way too Unfair. if my mom was not a legal advisor for a few banks we wouldnt have known that. My mom charges 1500 per legal opinio. some how we convinced him for 4000 bucks for one opinion But the problem was that we were about to mortgage two properties that means on the whole 8000 rupees!!! finally the opinion is done i took it from him and submitted it to the stupid manager.

trust me guys this guy tested mah patience so badly that wen i went to take the Opinion he first asked me to bring a big cover to pack the Opinion when i did so that Sob was not asking for a cover but he was asking for an envelop to seal it, ok it was not a big deal i could go the stationary once again and bring the envelop after bringing the envelop he made me to wait for more than 4hrs to gimme the Opinion where he was doing nothing other than chatting with an new client regarding his son's divorce case!! and at last when i asked him in a very rude and arrogant manner he just gave the print. imagine How sick this Guy was, he dint even take Out the print by the time he is supposed to give me the Opinion.
The next thing is to get the property valued; some guy of our own cast came over well im saying abt cast coz this is the first time wen my cast helped me to get the higher value which they generally don’t give (I’e) the highest value it would gain if sold immediately, any how after we get both the Opinion and Valuation Statement the work is finished, ya our side of work is done now the rest is up to the banker. He just needs to grant the loan dats it.

Just when we thought that our part of job is finished that lunatic manager calls me upon to pick him and drop him from him branch to the regional Office. It was not at al a problem coz its my work mah loan, I needed to do that. As he asked me I wen to his office by 3Noon again the same, he ask’s me to wait and says its not a problem in exact words he said “PARLEDU AMMA KURCHO TYM PATTUDDE (telugu)”. I waited till 5.30 then he comes out and says vl go tom amma its too late now!! The same happened for a couple of days and finally We go to the Regional office .

After a few days we get a call that they cant grant the whole loan amount as they show some technical reason, for one land and they finally sanctioned a loan worth 7lacs WTF yar I applied for 17 lacs and im getting 7 lacs.

Ne how all mah financial issues are over may be tom or day after im going to apply for VISA!!!

FACT ABOUT THE PYRAMIDS

The stereotypical vision of the Egyptian Pyramids are large mountain like brown piles of stone uprooting from the desert having a rough contour. Though when first constructed around 2500 BC. The pyramids were paper white and as smooth as glass, toping the pyramid was a golden capstone that gleamed in the desert sun. It was an amazing spectacle. The pyramids somewhat stayed in this state until the Arab invasion of Egypt around AD 500. The Arab invaders stripped the pyramid of it's smooth limestone and built a huge section of Cairo. Many of the Mosques and Palaces of Cairo consist of the Ancient stones of the pyramids. Quite sad actually.

Well we don’t really know how those pyramids looked earlier, but it’s still a weird thing how they built it, so long ago!!

10th of May 2009!! Mothers day!!

Mother's Day In India

The practice of celebrating the Mother is not alien to India. For thousands of years Hindus have been celebrating a ten-day festival, Durga Puja, honoring the divine mother Durga, in early October. But the more personal festival of 'Mother's Day' has also come to become a part of our culture now. What it offers is an opportunity to honor and show our appreciation for our flesh and blood mother - the one person who has stood by us through thick and thin.

Hindu scripture credits the Great Mother, Kali Ma, with the invention of writing through alphabets, pictographs and beautiful sacred images.

Buddha honored mothers when he said, "As a mother, even at the risk of her own life, loves and protects her child, so let a man cultivate love without measure toward the whole world."

In India there is a ten-day festival known as Durga Puja, which is held in early October. The festival honours Durga, the "Divine Mother". She is the most important of all Hindu goddesses.

However, in India, Mother's Day is observed mostly in cities, where people are more in contact with cultural traditions of the rest of the world.

What You Can Do On Mother's Day !

Given below are a few tips to express your love and appreciation for your mother-

Visit or call your mother and surprise her by telling her you still remember how she used to care for you.

Remember to illustrate your point with reminiscences of your childhood.

Send her a card or flowers with a poem specially written for her (never mind if it is not perfect).

Take her out to dinner or cook for her.

Take her out for a dance, and tell her she is your first girlfriend and the first woman in your life.

Wear a red carnation with a smile,

Surprise her by making breakfast this Sunday.

Think of any one woman, other than your own mother, who has been a mother figure to you, and surprise her by visiting her with a box of chocolates.

ChecK Out Which Animal U are According to Chineese ANIMAL ZODIAC

Background and Concept

The Chinese animal signs are a 12-year cycle used for dating the years. They represent a cyclical concept of time, rather than the Western linear concept of time. The Chinese Lunar Calendar is based on the cycles of the moon, and is constructed in a different fashion than the Western solar calendar. In the Chinese calendar, the beginning of the year falls somewhere between late January and early February. The Chinese have adopted the Western calendar since 1911, but the lunar calendar is still used for festive occasions such as the Chinese New Year. Many Chinese calendars will print both the solar dates and the Chinese lunar dates.

Background Information

In the United States, the years are dated from the birth of Jesus Christ, for example, 1977 means 1,977 years after the birth of Christ. This represents a linear perception of time, with time proceeding in a straight line from the past to the present and the future. In traditional China, dating methods were cyclical, cyclical meaning something that is repeated time after time according to a pattern. A popular folk method which reflected this cyclical method of recording years are the Twelve Animal Signs. Every year is assigned an animal name or "sign" according to a repeating cycle: Rat, Ox, Tiger, Rabbit, Dragon, Snake, Horse, Sheep, Monkey, Rooster, Dog, and Boar. Therefore, every twelve years the same animal name or "sign" would reappear.

A cultural sidelight of the animal signs in Chinese folklore is that horoscopes have developed around the animal signs, much like monthly horoscopes in the West have been developed for the different moon signs, Pisces, Aries, etc. For example, a Chinese horoscope may predict that a person born in the Year of the Horse would be, "cheerful, popular, and loves to compliment others". These horoscopes are amusing, but not regarded seriously by the Chinese people.

The animal signs also serve a useful social function for finding out people’s ages. Instead of asking directly how old a person is, people often ask what is his or her animal sign. This would place that person’s age within a cycle of 12 years, and with a bit of common sense, we can deduce the exact age. More often, though, people ask for animal signs not to compute a person’s exact numerical age, but to simply know who is older among friends and acquaintances.

Legend

According to Chinese legend, the twelve animals quarreled one day as to who was to head the cycle of years. The gods were asked to decide and they held a contest: whoever was to reach the opposite bank of the river would be first, and the rest of the animals would receive their years according to their finish.

All the twelve animals gathered at the river bank and jumped in. Unknown to the ox, the rat had jumped upon his back. As the ox was about to jump ashore, the rat jumped off the ox's back, and won the race. The pig, who was very lazy, ended up last. That is why the rat is the first year of the animal cycle, the ox second, and the pig last.

Zodiac Chart:

The rotating cycle of twelve animal signs was a folk method for naming the years in traditional China. The animal signs for one another in an established order, and are repeated every twelve years. 1976 was the Year of the Dragon, and 1977 was the year of the Snake.
